RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Aster Vale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every piece is carefully crafted and prepared with attention to detail, and we stand behind the quality of our garden art.

30-DAY RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and must not show signs of misuse, modification, excessive wear, or damage caused after delivery.

FREE RETURNS

We offer free returns for eligible orders within our 30-day return period.

Please contact us before returning an item. We will provide you with the return instructions and any information needed to complete the return.

EXCHANGES

If you would prefer to exchange your item for another eligible product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the replacement item has a higher price, the difference may be due before the replacement is shipped.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your wind spinner or garden sculpture arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund.

ITEMS THAT MAY NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN

A return may be refused if the item has been:

- Damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
- Modified or altered by the customer
- Improperly installed or assembled
- Damaged through neglect or improper care
- Returned without prior authorization

Normal variations in color, texture, finish, and handcrafted details are considered part of the character of our products and are not necessarily considered defects.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For made-to-order or customized pieces, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.
